In order to streamline support requests and to better serve you, NCVPS utilizes a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress of your request online. For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. Please double check to make sure you are entering the correct email address.
Need a Password Reset? Please make sure you are logging in at the NCVPS Canvas login page: http://ncvps.instructure.com and not your local district's Canvas login page. This has solved the majority of password issues. If you still cannot log in after going to http://ncvps.instructure.com, please submit a help desk ticket and provide a screenshot of the entire page, including the error.
